Once approved, we will send you an invoice via PayPal.
You will have the option to pay in full or partial payments to hold your spot. Full payment will be due one month prior to the market.
Set-up is from 10am - 8pm on Friday, November 13th. Site locations will be given out upon check-in. We do our very best to accommodate everyone's requests while separating similar items. You will be given 2 vendor passes per site. All other "helpers" will be asked to leave the building at 8am prior to the market opening.
The market opens at 9am Saturday, November 14th and we will stop accepting public admission a half an hour before closing. Clean-up of your vendor site should be complete by 7pm on Saturday. Trailers can be parked and left at the fairgrounds at your own risk.
If for any reason you cannot participate in the market and do not give more than 30 days notice, you will be refunded only $50 of your vendor site(s) payment.
No refund will be given with a 14 day or less notice prior to the market date.
Pop-up tents with the canopy are NOT allowed inside the building per the fire code. Tents without the canopy (frames only) can be used but must be in interior sites only, so please let us know if you plan to use one so we can place you accordingly.
Electricity is available to every site, however extension cords and power strips are highly recommended since you will be sharing outlets with other vendors.
Camping is available without water hookups (electrical only) in the Fall for Friday night for $20 each night. This option would be great for a self-contained RV or camper. Contact us if you are interested in a campsite.
